Office Assistant

Do you want to be in a slow pace team and get paid to do little to no work? Then we are NOT it. BTS TV Media is a small Digital Media Agency located in Downtown San Diego and we are looking for a motivated individual who is ambitious, proactive and ready to grow with our us.

Role Summary

This entry-level position requires excellent communication, organizational and data entry skills. The Office Assistant will work closely with the Creative Director but will work across the entire team to ensure projects are done on time and within budget.

Duties & Experience

  • Ability to handle many projects at once

  • Office Administration

  • Communication skills are a MUST

  • Ability to stay organized is a MUST

  • Manage projects

  • Budgeting

  • Time Management

  • Manage issues and risks

  • Monitoring progress

  • Assembling and leading projects

  • At times, act as a producer

  • Computer literate

  • Google Drive (Docs and spreadsheets)

  • Sense of humor is a MUST

IMPORTANT DETAILS

  • 1099 POSITION

  • Part Time ($15/Hr) (6-10 Hours a week)

    • As we grow and get more clients, more hours will be available

  • Flexible hours 

  • MUST reside in San Diego

  • Must have a clean driving record (Motor vehicle records checks will be performed on candidates)

  • Must on go a background check
