Social Media Assistant (Internship)

BTS TV Media has an opening for a motivated individual who is ambitious and ready to grow with our agency. Qualified candidates must really know and love social media and how to effectively use popular platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. You MUST be outgoing and understand the importance of social media. Having a basic understanding of video production and marketing is preferred but not required.



  • Social Media management

  • hashtags, Insta Stories, Facebook & IG live


  • Posting on behalf of the agency (FB, IG, YT, Snapchat, etc.)

  • From time to time Facebook/IG live video

  • Building an online following

  • Engaging with people on every platform 


  • Social Media Management

  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop

  • Literate, great communication, & organized

  • Adobe Premiere (Preferred)

  • Understand Word, Excel, & Powerpoint

  • Work well in a team


  • MUST reside in San Diego

  • 18 Years or older

  • Highly motivated with an assertive, confident personality

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work alone

  • knowledge of the company, its history, and its product offerings

  • General knowledge of video production / marketing

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to master the selling skills process

  • Computer competence in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Transportation

  • Must on go a background check
